Special Skills page 2 reject

This is the pencils for the rejected page two of Special Skills. The first page is a splash page, and I need a reference photo to do it, so I went ahead and did this page - it had an inevitable amount of talking heads, as Rachel's first meeting with her BSF captain would, then I realised there was a much more visually interesting way to do this and I'd just wasted several hours.
Oh, well. I did work out that Rachel's 'speech' would come in those little lined, spiral-bound caption boxes, so I guess that's something.
